Refund policy

Our focus is on complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

Warranty Replacement
 
Our warranty period is 360 days. If 360 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a repair or exchange.

To be eligible for a warranty return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. However, no physical damage should be there. It must also be in the original packaging.

Faults resulting from over, under, single phasing electricity voltage is not covered. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your warranty return.
If you are approved, then your warranty return will be processed, and shipped to you after repairs, within a certain amount of days.

Refund Policy 
Once the order has been shipped it cannot be refunded. Refunds for cancelled order are made thru same mode of order payment.

Cancellation Policy 
Once the order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled. The order is generally shipped within 24 hours. Order can be cancelled within 12 hours.

Exchanges (if applicable)
